Pawel Shah
LEAD JUNIOR COACH
I am an ASCA Level 5 Certified High-Performance Coach with over 15 years of experience in swimming. As a former international-level competitor, I discovered not only the thrill of competition but also a lifelong connection to the water. The pool became my second home, teaching me resilience, discipline, and the power of growth. Moving from athlete to coach, I found my true calling in helping others experience that same joy and achievement. As a high-performance overseas swim coach, I mentor athletes to unlock their potential and achieve their personal bests. What drives me most is seeing swimmers grow, not just in skill, but in confidence, discipline, and their love for the sport. Coaching is more than a career; it is my passion and purpose, a way to give back to the sport that has shaped my life and inspired who I am today.
